Anyone out there looking for a Realtor®, look no further, Jon Crocilla is your man. Selling and buying can be very stressful but Jon made the process seamless. To start he took beautiful professional pictures of our property that made for a show-stopping brochure. With his expertise in hosting an open house, our condo had an offer quickly. Negotiations are stressful but Jon was always there to calm the waters. We don’t know what I would have done without him. Vikki was incredibly responsive and zeroed in quickly to our needs and interests in the Chicago market. We were living overseas at the time, which complicated things, and Vikki was able to accommodate our tight schedule during a year-end visit to Chicago and arranged three full days of properties for us to visit. Vikki could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful during this trip and we were able to find the place for us. We finalized things from overseas with Vikki's assistance and closed in early April. She was a wonderful source of information as we compared the pros and cons of the various properties we had identified and their locations. A great overall experience. Jon was great to work with. He made sure we were aware of every property that met our criteria. He allowed us the time to digest the properties we saw and talk through things on our own. He was very respectful of our time. He was always looking out for our best interests. There was never a question left unanswered and he was always responsive. A testament to all of what has been shared is that Jon was with us prior to the start of the Pandemic and through the market collapse. He was someone that stayed balanced and provided us with an objective view of the market at a time when there was extreme uncertainty.
