Wide boulevards, tree-lined streets, a booming art scene, historic mansions and churches, spacious green spaces, a thriving foodie culture, and community activism give Logan Square a character that’s all its own.

Logan, an American soldier, and political leader, and lies at the center of its namesake public square and the three-way intersection of Milwaukee Avenue, Logan Boulevard, and Kedzie Boulevard. The centerpiece of the square is the famous Illinois Centennial Monument, designed by the same architect who created the Lincoln Memorial in Washington D.C.
