I've had the privilege of receiving numerous prestigious awards and recognitions. Notable among them, I've been honored as a RisMedia Newsmaker and recognized by Crain's Chicago as one of the outstanding LGBTQ executives in the real estate industry. My expertise has also led me to be a sought-after speaker at esteemed events like Inman Luxury Connect, Coldwell Banker, Leaders in Luxury with the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, AREAA, and more. Today, I'm proud to maintain a thriving partnership with the GC Luxury Group. As part of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury network, we have the privilege of assisting clients in finding their dream homes across 44 countries worldwide. Our extensive network connects us with some of the most accomplished luxury agents globally, transcending brand boundaries. Our primary focus is on Chicago's vibrant neighborhoods, including the Loop, West Loop, South Loop, River North, River West, Lakeview, Lincoln Park, Wicker Park | Bucktown, Logan Square, and the Gold Coast. In 2022 we extended our group to serve the most significant markets in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.

Originating from Houston, my career began in the investment insurance industry, where I honed my sales skills. Breaking barriers, I transitioned to the Mary Kay company and made history as the first man to earn the coveted pink Cadillac.

In 1996, I embarked on my real estate journey, a passion that continues to drive me today. My family is in the South Loop, and I proudly serve as a Broker at Coldwell Banker's Gold Coast office, located on Michigan Avenue in Chicago.

Milestones

During my role as Vice President of Luxury at Coldwell Banker Real Estate from 2015 to 2021, I led a multimillion-dollar budget and crafted innovative marketing strategies that propelled our business to a global scale. In 2020 alone, our efforts resulted in an impressive 33,000 sales, averaging $1.9 million each, and totaling an astonishing $168 million per day. In 2015, we undertook the monumental task of relaunching the industry's largest luxury real estate division, culminating in the birth of the Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Program, a monumental achievement for our team. Our success was built on creating captivating presentations of exceptional homes, syndicating them to brokers worldwide, and equipping elite agents with powerful marketing tools to facilitate property transactions.

As the Managing Broker of Keller Williams' Chicago Gold Coast Office from 2007 to 2012, I led efforts that boosted agent production and office profitability during one of the most challenging periods in real estate history. Highlights included being awarded Luxury Office of the Year and highest Gross Commission Income (GCI). In 2012, the acquisition of the local Keller Williams franchise by Coldwell Banker Realty led to my appointment as Previews Luxury Director. Leading the luxury division was a four-year journey marked by significant milestones.
